By browsing this site or commissioning work, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
Services described
Pages describing marketing attribution dashboards and campaign analysis are informational. A binding scope, fee, and timeline arise only when both parties sign a written proposal or statement of work.
Intellectual property
Site content, including text, layout, and brand marks, belongs to Workspacebloom or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute materials for commercial use without written permission. Deliverables created under an engagement are licensed or assigned as stated in that engagement’s statement of work; unless otherwise agreed, Workspacebloom retains reusable methods and anonymised know-how.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access to systems, submit malicious content through forms, or misrepresent your identity when requesting an estimate.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Workspacebloom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from site use or from reliance on general information published here. For paid engagements, liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
No professional warranty beyond scope
Insights and dashboards depend on the accuracy of data and access you provide. We do not warrant commercial results from media spend decisions made after an engagement.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
