About

A practice built around attribution arguments that end well

Workspacebloom exists for marketing and finance partners in Hong Kong who are tired of channel reports that cannot sit in the same meeting. We specialise in marketing attribution dashboards and campaign analysis as delivered work—not as a product login.

Origin

The practice started after years inside agencies and in-house growth teams where board packs routinely showed three different “truths” for the same campaign week. We formed Workspacebloom to sit between marketing operations and finance: translate tracking realities into models both sides can sign.

We work from Ind Centre in Kwun Tong and with clients across Hong Kong Island and Kowloon. Sessions are bilingual when needed; deliverables are written in clear English for mixed leadership teams.

How we approach the work

We begin with conversion definitions and data access, not with chart templates. Campaign analysis only earns trust when platform events, site thank-yous, and CRM stages are reconciled with an explicit lag window.

Dashboards are built in the BI stack you already own—Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau—so your analysts keep ownership after we leave. We document lookback rules, credit logic, and known caveats beside the tiles that leadership watches weekly.

Values that show up in the room

  • Definitions before decoration. No vanity tiles without an owner and a meeting that needs them.
  • Finance-readable language. We write for people who approve budgets, not only for performance specialists.
  • Honest gaps. When tracking is broken, we say so before modelling fantasy precision.
  • Handoff that sticks. Training and refresh routines are part of the engagement, not an afterthought PDF.

Who you work with

Engagements are led by senior analysts who have run paid media reporting and CRM reconciliation in retail, consumer electronics, and B2B contexts across APAC. Junior support handles export hygiene and dashboard QA; client-facing readouts stay with the engagement lead.
